Burger Boss started as a single charcoal grill and a stubborn belief that a burger should taste like it was made for you, not a menu board. Today every patty is still hand-pressed daily from fresh-ground beef, every bun is baked before sunrise, and every sauce is mixed in-house.

From our first cart on a Cardiff side street to where we are today, the standard hasn’t moved: fresh ingredients, quality meat, signature sauces, and a kitchen crew that treats every order like it’s the only one on the grill.
